Corporate eFile
Electronically file your annual franchise or annual registration and avoid the hassle of paper filings.
Corporate eFile is currently available for the states of Delaware.
There is a $35 charge for each filing, plus applicable state fees. You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, ACH, Wire Transfer or Invoice. With the invoice option, your filing will be held until payment is received.
To begin, all you need is your State ID number and the data required to complete the forms. If you need information to help file your taxes, the Tax Research Tool in the Research Center provides filing requirements for all states.
NRAI will electronically transmit the filing information to reduce the possibility of errors. An official confirmation of receipt and filing will be sent to your email address.
Once you use Corporate eFile, your information remains in our secure database, so your information will be prepopulated in future filings.
